Co-founder and Managing Director, Juv’ae
Melissa Isaia is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Juv’ae, one of Australia’s leading support networks for healthcare professionals working in cosmetic medicine.
She is also one of the founders of the Cosmetic Nurses Association (CNA), Australia’s largest stakeholder body representing cosmetic nurses. With a professional background in real estate, business development and organisational systems, Melissa brought a strong commercial and operational perspective to Juv’ae. Her experience working with structured quality-management systems, including ISO 9001, shaped her belief that sustainable growth must be supported by clear processes, accountability and continuous improvement.
Melissa has been instrumental in building the Juv’ae ecosystem - bringing together clinical governance, education, technology, pharmaceutical supply, business support, marketing and professional development within one connected network. Under her leadership, Juv’ae has grown into a national organisation supporting hundreds of healthcare professionals and their businesses across Australia. As Managing Director, Melissa leads the organisation’s strategy, operations, governance, commercial partnerships and continued growth. She works closely with the Board, executive team, industry partners and clinical leaders to identify opportunities, manage risk and ensure the Juv’ae ecosystem continues to evolve with the needs of its community. Melissa is known for combining strong commercial judgement with a genuine commitment to people. She is a practical and forward-thinking leader who challenges conventional thinking, asks difficult questions and transforms ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.
