What You’ll Learn in Clinical Foundations
The Juv’ae Clinical Foundations Course is a compliant, hands‑on, and career‑defining program designed to prepare you for cosmetic nursing from Day 1.
- Perform anti-wrinkle treatments across the upper face (frown, forehead, crow’s feet) and lower face (nefertiti lift, masseters, DAO, mentalis, lip flip).
- Administer dermal fillers to treat volume loss in cheeks and lips.
- Perform Bio-remodelling for the face
- Conduct full patient consultations and manage complications safely.
- Apply evidence-based techniques in a real clinic environment.
- Integrate business and professional skills to launch a successful aesthetic practice.
Start with 40 hours of flexible online learning to build your theoretical foundation.
- Facial anatomy & ageing
- Patient assessment & consultation

- Injection techniques & product selection
Finish with an anatomy exam to ensure you’re clinic-ready.
Then, complete four days of intensive in‑clinic training with a 2:1 nurse‑to‑trainer ratio for real‑world confidence:
- 13 indications across 16 models for realistic in-clinic practice
- S4 medications, TeleHealth, and patient consent
- Clinical assessment, treatment planning & documentation
- Facial anatomy, danger zones & ageing considerations
- Botulinum toxin & dermal filler techniques
- Complication management & Hyalase®
- Photography, Juv’ae platform training & complaint handling
- Graduate with the skills and confidence to manage the complete patient journey.
Who is the
Scholarship for?
To be eligible for the Clinical Foundations course, applicants must be a Nurse, Doctor or Dentist and satisfy the AHPRA requirements - with at least 12 months of clinical experience (plus 3 years of required experience for an EN). For a streamlined application process, you'll just need the following supporting documents:
- 100 Points of ID
- Current AHPRA Certificate of Registration
