Juv'ae Future Leaders of Aesthetics Scholarship Eligibility & Guide

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Juv'ae Pty Ltd, ABN 51 137 063 766, of Building A. Suite 3 / 38 Brookhollow Ave Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 (“Juv'ae”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Scholarship Overview

2.1 The Juv'ae Future Faces of Aesthetics Scholarship (“Scholarship”) is a trade promotion game of chance offering a promotional partial fee refund (50% scholarship / fee win-back) to eligible participants who book specified Juv'ae training during the Promotion Period.

2.2 There will be one (1) winner per state for the following Training Locations: Western Australia (WA), New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA), Queensland (QLD)

2.3 Each winner will receive a partial refund of 50% of the full course fee, being AUD $3,135 GST inclusive on a full course price of AUD $6,270 GST inclusive (“Prize”).

2.4 This promotion relates to the 2026 Future Faces of Aesthetics Scholarship – Intake 1 only. 

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

a) Are aged 18 years or over;
b) Are a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or other health professional eligible for Juv'ae training, as determined by Juv'ae in its sole discretion;
c) Are residents of Australia; and
d) Book and pay in full for an eligible Juv'ae training course taking place in January, February, or March 2026 at one of the following Training Locations: WA, NSW, VIC, SA, or QLD.
e) Individuals who have already booked and paid in full for eligible January, February, or March 2026 training dates are also eligible to enter.

3.2 Employees of Juv'ae and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3.3 All course enrolments remain subject to Juv'ae’s standard training terms and conditions, which continue to apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 12 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 16 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4.2 Places are strictly limited and subject to availability. Once January–March 2026 dates at a Training Location are fully booked, no further entries will be accepted for that location.

5. How to Enter

5.1 To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period:

a) Secure a confirmed booking for your chosen dates (subject to availability) of an eligible Juv'ae training course taking place in January, February, or March 2026 at one of the Training Locations (WA, NSW, VIC, SA, QLD);
b) Pay the full course fee of AUD $6,270 (GST inclusive) for that booking by 11:59pm AEDT on 22 January 2026 (deposit-only payments are not sufficient to qualify); and
c) Submit, at the time of booking or by 22 January 2026, a brief statement sharing “Why would you like to win this scholarship and what would this career change mean to you?”

5.2 The short statement about what winning this scholarship would mean to you is a condition of entry only and does not influence the selection of winners, which is by random draw.

5.3 Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple bookings by the same person do not result in multiple entries.

5.4 Incomplete, late, or ineligible entries may be deemed invalid at Juv'ae’s sole discretion.

6. Draw and Winner Selection

6.1 This promotion is a game of chance. Skill does not play a part in determining the winners.

6.2 A draw will be conducted on 23 January 2026 at Juv'ae Head Office Building A. Suite 3 / 38 Brookhollow Ave Baulkham Hills NSW 2153, or at such other time and place as Juv'ae dmay reasonably determine.

6.3 Valid entries will be grouped by Training Location (WA, NSW, VIC, SA, QLD) based on the booked course location.

6.4 Juv'ae will randomly draw one (1) winner per Training Location from all valid entries associated with that location.

6.5 If there are no valid entries for a particular Training Location, Juv'ae may, at its sole discretion, either:

a) Not award a Prize for that Training Location; or
b) Reallocate that Prize to another Training Location or conduct a redraw from all remaining valid entries.

6.6 Juv'ae’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize – 50% Fee Win-Back (Partial Scholarship)

7.1 Each winner will receive a partial refund equal to 50% of the full course fee, being AUD $3,135 (GST inclusive) (“Prize”), in respect of the eligible course booking for January–March 2026 at their Training Location.

7.2 The Prize will be awarded as a refund to the original payment method (or as otherwise agreed in writing) within [e.g. 14–30] days of the winner being confirmed.

7.3 The Prize:

a) Applies only to the course tuition fee for the eligible booking;
b) Does not include or cover any additional costs such as travel, training patients, accommodation, meals, incidentals, insurance, or any other expenses;
c) Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash other than as a refund to the winner as described in clause 7.2; and
d) Will not exceed AUD $3,135 (GST inclusive) per winner.

7.4 Any taxes, duties, or other financial implications arising from receipt of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, who should seek independent financial or tax advice if required.

8. Course Dates – No Changes

8.1 By entering this promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that course dates cannot be changed after booking for the purposes of this Scholarship.

8.2 If a winner seeks to reschedule or change their course date after booking, Juv'ae may, at its discretion, treat this as a cancellation for the purposes of the Scholarship and the Prize may be forfeited. Standard training terms and conditions will continue to apply to the underlying booking.

8.3 If Juv'ae is required to change or cancel a course date for operational or regulatory reasons, Juv'ae will work with the winner to rebook their training. In such circumstances, Juv'ae may, in its discretion, honour or re-apply the Prize to the new date, provide an equivalent benefit, or offer a refund in accordance with its standard terms and applicable law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

9.1 All cancellations and refunds are governed by Juv'ae’s standard training terms and conditions.

9.2 If a winner cancels their course and is entitled to a refund under Juv'ae’s standard terms, the Prize component may be forfeited, and only the remaining refundable amount (if any) will be paid.

9.3 If a non-winning participant cancels their course, no Prize or partial scholarship is payable and only any applicable standard refund (if any) will apply.

10. Notification of Winners

10.1 Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at the time of booking within [e.g. 3 business days] of the draw on 23 January 2026.

10.2 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within [e.g. 7 days], or is found to be ineligible, Juv'ae may conduct a redraw and award the Prize to another eligible entrant from the same Training Location or as otherwise permitted under clause 6.5.

11. Use of Entries and Personal Information

11.1 By entering, participants:

a) Consent to Juv'ae collecting, storing, and using their personal information (including their brief statement about what winning this scholarship would mean to you) for the purposes of administering the Scholarship and for related marketing, in accordance with Juv'ae’s Privacy Policy; and
b) Grant Juv'ae a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish their short statement about what winning this scholarship would mean (in whole or part), first name  and general location (e.g. city, state) in marketing and promotional materials (including digital and social channels), unless they notify Juv'ae in writing that they do not consent to promotional use.

11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Juv'ae’s Privacy Policy available at [URL].

12. No Guarantee of Outcomes

12.1 The Scholarship and associated training:

a) Do not guarantee any particular professional, registration, employment, income, or clinical outcome; and
b) Must not be understood as a guarantee of competence, scope of practice expansion, or any regulatory approval.

12.2 Participants remain responsible for ensuring they meet all professional, regulatory, and employer requirements relevant to cosmetic nursing practice.

13. General

13.1 Juv'ae reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Scholarship at any time where reasonably necessary (for example, due to technical, regulatory, or operational issues), subject to applicable laws and, where required, any necessary government approvals.

13.2 Juv'ae is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries or communications.

13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juv'ae is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person arising from or in connection with the Scholarship or any Prize, except to the extent caused by Juv'ae’s negligence or breach of law.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
