Telehealth Calls Not Connecting Easily?

Check your iPad display settings. Make sure Auto-Lock is set to ‘Never’. 

If your screen locks while waiting for the call to connect, the telehealth session will disconnect.  

Go to Ipad Display Settings > Auto-Lock to ‘Never’ keeps the call stable until it goes through.

If your notes aren’t saving, check the total toxin units you’ve entered. The system won’t save a note if the total includes a half unit
(for example, 0.5). 

To save successfully, make sure the total is a whole number. An update is on the way that will give you an alert when this happens,
so it’s easier to spot.
