This policy applies to all clinics and personnel requesting access for nurse employees to Juv'ae communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and newsletters.
Policy Statement
While Juv'ae generally does not include nurse employees in general communication groups due to previous staff preferences, access may be granted upon request, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Communication Monitoring
Juv'ae does not monitor the content of internal communication groups (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook). These platforms may contain discussions of internal topics including, but not limited to, pricing, promotions, product updates, and operational processes. By requesting access for nurse employees, clinics acknowledge and accept this environment.
2. Newsletters and Internal Communications
Nurse employees with access to communication platforms such as WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, or Juv'ae newsletters may receive sensitive or confidential business information. Participation implies responsibility for maintaining confidentiality and using the information solely in a professional capacity while actively working with the clinic.
3. Data Security and Staff Turnover
Clinics are responsible for notifying Juv'ae immediately when a nurse resigns, relocates, or no longer requires access. This is essential to ensure former staff do not continue to receive internal communications. Failure to report staffing changes may result in data security risks. Juv'ae reserves the right to remove or restrict access to communication platforms as needed.
4. Consent to Terms
By requesting the addition of a nurse employee to any Juv'ae communication group, the clinic confirms it has reviewed and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
5. Policy Review
This policy is subject to review and update by Juv'ae management as required.
