Clinical Spotlight: Rejuran S –
A Versatile Option for Eyes, Scars & More

While there is limited published data specifically on under-eye applications, several of our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) doctors have reported excellent results using Rejuran S in the periorbital area. Its ability to smooth and support delicate tissue makes it a promising choice in experienced hands.

Rejuran S and Rejuran Classic are both formulated with polynucleotides (PN) that stimulate fibroblast activity, enhance collagen production, and promote skin regeneration. The key distinction lies in Rejuran S’s higher concentration, thicker viscosity, and larger molecular size, making it especially effective for:

• Uneven skin texture (e.g., atrophic or acne scars)
• Full-face rejuvenation
• Hydrating and plumping lips

Due to its denser texture, patients may experience slightly more discomfort during injection compared to Rejuran Classic, though this varies from patient to patient.

Rejuran S typically yields the best results on newer scars or healing wounds, where its larger PN scaffolds enhance hydration and nutrient
delivery to accelerate tissue repair over a series of treatments.
