Juv’ae has announced the merger of anti-aging, bringing together two organisations that share a commitment to empowering cosmetic nurses to build successful, sustainable careers while delivering the highest standards of patient care, safety and ethical practice.
The partnership builds on the strengths of both organisations. It preserves the trusted relationships and personalised support for which anti-aging is known while giving nurses access to the broader education, technology and professional opportunities available through Juv’ae.
Together, the combined organisation will form a national network of more than 600 cosmetic nurses with a focus on helping them build thriving businesses while raising standards across the Australian aesthetic medicine profession. Melissa Isaia, Co-Founder and Director of Juv’ae, said the merger reflects a shared vision to strengthen support for the cosmetic nursing profession.
“Since day one, Juv’ae has focused on helping cosmetic nurses build successful, sustainable careers through education, technology, business support and community. anti-aging has built an extraordinary community based on trust, education and genuine support. Those are exactly the values we’ve always believed should define this profession. anti-aging has an incredible reputation for supporting nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, staff and clients. By bringing our organisations together, we can invest even more in education, technology and professional development while continuing to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice.”
Some of the benefits cosmetic nurses will enjoy include; expanded Juv’ae Academy courses, mentoring, improved technology platforms and digital business tools, and compliance resources.
Dr Dennis McCurdy, Founder of anti-aging associates, said the partnership would create new opportunities while preserving the values that have guided the organisation since it was established.
“When you’ve spent years building something you’re proud of, finding the right partner matters. We wanted someone who would protect what makes anti-aging special while giving our team even more opportunities to grow. Juv’ae shares that. We’ve found a partner that shares our commitment to supporting aesthetic practitioners and delivering safe, high-quality patient care.”
The combined organisation will continue to invest in professional development through the Juv’ae Academy, business mentoring, conferences and networking opportunities, while enhancing compliance, governance and practice support through the Juv’ae360 platform.
The integration will be phased over the coming months, with both organisations committed to maintaining continuity for aesthetic practitioners, clinics and industry partners throughout the transition.
